Discussion on Operation Modes of Digital Trunking Systems

ABSTRACT

　　For the development of private mobile communication networks, the differences between the private mobile communication network and the public mobile communication network should be exactly understood first. Besides, it requires a unified digital trunking system and a feasible operating mode. The networking modes of private mobile communication include the Private Mobile Radio (PMR), Public Access Mobile Radio (PAMR), commercial operational PAMR and the Push-To-Talk (PTT) service of public mobile communication networks. The operation modes of common digital trunking networks can be private-run, state-run, from-state-to-private-owned and state-owned private-run. It is currently fit for China to adopt the state-owned private-run mode and make relevant development policies.

    专业移动通信网可广泛应用于生产调度、指挥控制。它主要完成集体用户内部或集体用户之间的通信，视其需要可与公众网相连或不连。专业移动通信网要想获得发展，首先要对专业移动通信网与公众移动通信网的区别有全面准确的认识，其次要有统一适用的数字集群系统，第三要有较好的实际运营模式。本文重点探讨数字集群的运营模式。
